“房子装修精美，我们8个人住得很舒适。在第比利斯最好的区域，附近很多餐厅和服装店，对面就是大学。楼下日料店味道不错。和房东沟通顺畅，考虑非常周全。帮我们行李搬运上楼，工作人员非常辛苦，早上8点半离开，加收40美元也是应该的。厨房设施齐全，我们自己做饭应有尽有。感谢房东给我们两天美好的第比利斯住宿。临走前，我们尽量收拾干净，感恩遇见”

“מושלם!! הדירה הכי מושלמת למשפחות שהיינו בה. שטח ענקי, הכל מעוצב בטוב טעם נוחות מקסימלית, מיזוג אוויר מעולה, מקרן עם מסך חשמלי לסרטים שהכינו לנו מראש על תכנים בעברית,.מלא שירותים ומקלחות, מכונות כביסה, מספר מטבחים. בקיצור אין יותר מושלם מזה למשפחות. קומה גבוהה בלי מעלית אבל חיכו לנו בהגעה והעלו בשבילנו את המזוודות. ”

“Great host. Good apartment. Minor issues with electricity etc. Suggestion to improve entrance as it doesn’t have light sensors working on some floors and requires better cleaning. Powder washroom had a bit of a smell. Rest furnishing , decor , amenities all great.”

“We stayed here during a team offsite in Tbilisi and had an amazing experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located — close to everything, yet in a peaceful and charming area. The surroundings added to the whole Georgian atmosphere we were hoping for. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, which can be a bit of a climb — but honestly, it was a good way to stay fit while enjoying all the delicious Georgian food! Highly recommended.”

“The property is exactly maintained as shown in pictures. We loved the living area which was full of natural light and plenty space for all of us (Group of 9) to relax, have fun, talk, etc etc…House also has enough privacy if you want to take a private call or spend sometime working. It is well located and offered all essential services on foot. Host team were great and responded quickly as and when we needed assistance.”

“Beautiful penthouse with lovely views and a great location. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Theres even a projector that you can use for cozy movie nights. Only issue is that that its a high floor with no elevator however the company helped with the luggage while checking in and out. ”

“I recently stayed in an amazing apartment in Vake, Tbilisi, and it exceeded all my expectations! The decor is stunning, with a tasteful design that makes the space feel both cozy and elegant. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, which made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. A special shoutout to Daniel, who helped us with our luggage. He was so kind and even waited for our arrival at around 5 AM, which we truly appreciated! The apartment is located on the 5th floor—there’s no elevator, but if you're fit, it’s a great way to get some exercise. Each room boasts its own beautiful view, making it a perfect retreat. Two of the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, which is a fantastic convenience for longer stays. This apartment is ideal for groups, especially four couples traveling together. We can't wait till we come back.”

“A beautiful penthouse 100% worthy of visiting, the only downside of this is the location on 6th floor and no elevator, but the surroundings are beautiful: lots of interesting modern cafes, restaurants, shops, convenience of public transport”

“This is a must stay for a group of 6+ people. 4 bedrooms, very cozy and warm place. Will was a superb host to us, he became a very close friend of ours. His staff was also very helpful and responsive. The house had everything a group needs, and the systems are very nice. Will was very transparent about informing us of the lack of an elevator during the 6 floors climb and we greatly appreciate him and his team.”
