“The apartment is good overall, it’s clean and in a good neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. One thing that I didn’t like was that it’s on a very noisy street with lots of traffic. If you are traveling with kids this might be a problem because the windows from the bedrooms are located on the side of that street. It would be great to have more items available in the kitchen to make it more livable for families like spices, more cooking supplies etc. There are too many people hosting this place and when we had an issue getting inside no one really helped. The key from the building barely works. Sometimes it took few minutes to get in because of the key. They should change the lock. With little improvements this could be a perfect space for all! The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a computer you can use for work and a TV. A BIG “plus” is that it has A/C in every room! Which is so rare for Tbilisi.”

“We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay during our time in Georgia. The apartment is in the perfect location, surrounded by lovely coffee shops, restaurants, and everything a family could need. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, making it a comfortable home away from home for our family during such an important time in our lives. What truly made our stay exceptional was Will. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions or requests were answered within minutes. The level of care, attention, and kindness shown from Will throughout our stay was outstanding. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you for helping make our stay so special.”

“We’re a family of 4 with 2 young kids and we all had a great stay! The apartment is great for a family and really spacious. We enjoyed the area as well. We had to extend the stay and Will was very responsive and kind through the whole stay - thank you again Will! We will definitely come back for our next visit to Tbilisi!”

“Wow! What can we say? 2 adults and 2 children that stayed for 18 nights. A wonderful welcome from the team prior to arrival with clear instructions. Better than the photos. Extremely spacious and super modern. Just a tip: take a pic of the washing machine cycles on Google translate to work out which cycle you need. Lounge area is super cosy with different lighting and a comfortable couch. TV is a great size and normal apps available. Bedding and linen is all brilliant. Bathrooms modern and spotless. Nearby there is everything you would need for your stay. A lovely street. Easy to take the rubbish out (30 sec walk across from Euro supermarket) The team that manages this property are exceptional. Especially Will and Mariam. I have never met a more dedicated property management team who truly care for their guests, go over and beyond and absolutely get it right. I hope the owner of this magnificent apartment sees this and gives them the kudos they deserve.”

“Amazing unit with close walking distance to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and even a gym in the building next door. Super convenient for digital nomads and those that need a reliable workspace.”

“Even better than in the photos. Very spacious, extremely well organised, and finished with great attention to detail: there were even scented candles and a yoga mat in the apartment. Loved the neighbourhood: close to everything yet quiet, peaceful, and green. Excellent value for money.”
