“This is a beautiful apartment in a great location - very modern space with a huge bazar and gym sheesha lounge nearby - apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful, dreamy view from the balcony. Looks exactly like pictures Was always so nice and warm when we got home Felt like home away from home Would defiantly stay again.”

Удобные и простые инструкции по заселению/выселению, тихий район, все что нужно под рукой (магазины, подземная парковка с собственным местом, красивый вид и прочее), сама квартира очень красивая, есть все что нужно для комфортной жизни, отзывчивые хозяева готовые помочь в любую минуту. “We had an amazing stay with friends. The hosts were incredibly responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. The apartment itself was great – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We needed some extra items like wine glasses and a grater, and the hosts brought them to us promptly, which was a really nice touch and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“The house was very nice and well-designed, with good appliances and furniture. However, carrying luggage up the many stairs from the drop-off area was challenging. We also experienced frequent power interruptions and ongoing construction noise, which affected the overall stay.”

“The owner was very kind and she responds quickly. The apartment is very cozy and nice, also the compound is really nice with a good Italian restaurant in the same area. It was 20 min walking far from the center so that was also very good and the area in general is very quiet which was nice.”

“This is one of the best places I have stayed in- extremely clean, very quiet, walkable to most things. The host was always responsive and instructions were very helpful and organized. Fast internet and well appointed apartment. If I need accomodation again in Tblisi, I would definitely stay here. I tried to extend my stay- because it was so good and very comfortable Highly recommended”

“Overall it was a great stay The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the hot water went a couple of times a cork screw would also be beneficial I would stay again though”

“Квартира очень понравилась: все чисто, уютно, красивое дизайнерское оформление. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Немного сложноватая система умного замка; сначала код не подходил, потом нужно приспосабливаться к быстрому нажатию. Но это мелочи. Впечатления только хорошие”

“Apartments in a new residential complex. Everything you need is within walking distance. 10 minutes walk to the Avlabari metro station, 20 minutes to the old city. Inside, everything you need, you can see the care for the guests. Recommend.”
