“We had a great stay. The place is exactly as in the description. It’s in a very quiet street with little car traffic. All necessary items available and easy communication with the host. Would recommend it to any large family/group.”

“The host helped made our 7 day stay amazing with the clear check in instructions and information on the apartment and surrounding area. The place was spotless very comfortable and idea for our family group of 6 adults loved the balcony and the use of the gas barbecue for outdoor eating although plenty restaurants and food shops nearby Would highly recommend the property to my friends and wider family”

“非常新的房子，也非常感净。房子有一个漂亮的大阳台，我们非常喜欢，但是很遗憾这次没用上。房间很多，而且周围有很多便利店。特别是厨房设备很齐全，我和朋友们都非常喜欢。最后要感谢房东让我们免费寄存了行李，这让我们这趟旅行非常完美。”

“I was initially sceptical booking a place with no prior rating. I asked a few questions and found the host to be very honest. When you leave your house and venture into a foreign land thousands of miles away for the sake of tourism, honesty is the key. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. We were a family of 7 and found the place very comfy. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms; one with an en-suite washroom. There's another separate toilet downstairs. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms and a shared washroom. I read from a previous comment that the living room has no aircon. This is not true. There are 4 aircons in each room and 1 in the living room. What I love most is the centralised location of the property and at same time how quiet the area is. Absolutely no noise at night. There's free street parking . We parked our car and used Bolt. Very cheap in Tbilisi! Great and friendly host!”

“The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - clean and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite). Located in a quiet residential area just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant Fabrika complex, the place had everything we needed: supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and bars all close by. The balcony, which lights up at night, was a great spot to relax with drinks before heading out. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner, though the living area didn’t. Will and his team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They promptly sorted out the hot water issue while we were out and even left extra towels for us. After checkout, they kindly arranged for me to collect some clothes I had accidentally left behind. Since we were the first guests to stay at this Airbnb, we shared a few suggestions for improvement, which Will appreciated and took on board. Overall, for the price we paid, the stay was superb and I would book it again!”
