“Erg mooi appartement: goede en gezellige inrichting. Qualitatief goede spullen in appartment. We voelden ons hier meteen thuis. Ook een fijne buurt/omgeving. Rustig. Loopafstand metro Avlabari. Diverse supermarkten in de buurt. Goede communicatie met de verhuur-organisatie.”
“Amazing place for large groups! Everything was as shown in the photos, host was responsive and helpful. Garage was great but hard to drive up the hill with very narrow turns and lots of parked cars, better to use Bolt taxi.”

“Great place to stay, walkable distance to old town if you’re used to hills. Bolt is available within 3 mins day and night, great place to stay, away from touristy area. A lot of grocery stores and fruit stands right outside.”

“The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. There weren’t enough small plates for 10 guests, and the kitchen lacked basic items like oil, salt, and seasonings. We also had to ask for more toilet paper, and some dishes and spoons were not clean. There are two bathrooms, but one is inside a bedroom, leaving the other three rooms to share a very small bathroom with limited space and no convenient place to keep toilet paper. Overall, a few small improvements would make the stay more comfortable.”

“The apartment is good overall, it’s clean and in a good neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. One thing that I didn’t like was that it’s on a very noisy street with lots of traffic. If you are traveling with kids this might be a problem because the windows from the bedrooms are located on the side of that street. It would be great to have more items available in the kitchen to make it more livable for families like spices, more cooking supplies etc. There are too many people hosting this place and when we had an issue getting inside no one really helped. The key from the building barely works. Sometimes it took few minutes to get in because of the key. They should change the lock. With little improvements this could be a perfect space for all! The beds were comfortable and clean. There is a computer you can use for work and a TV. A BIG “plus” is that it has A/C in every room! Which is so rare for Tbilisi.”

Plenty of bedrooms and space for our family of 6 and we really appreciated the easy check in and check out. The kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals when we didn’t want to eat out and the amount of bathrooms was perfect for our family’s stay. Would definitely come back to stay again!”
