“The property is exactly maintained as shown in pictures. We loved the living area which was full of natural light and plenty space for all of us (Group of 9) to relax, have fun, talk, etc etc…House also has enough privacy if you want to take a private call or spend sometime working. It is well located and offered all essential services on foot. Host team were great and responded quickly as and when we needed assistance.”

“I recently stayed in an amazing apartment in Vake, Tbilisi, and it exceeded all my expectations! The decor is stunning, with a tasteful design that makes the space feel both cozy and elegant. Everything was spotless upon our arrival, which made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. A special shoutout to Daniel, who helped us with our luggage. He was so kind and even waited for our arrival at around 5 AM, which we truly appreciated! The apartment is located on the 5th floor—there’s no elevator, but if you're fit, it’s a great way to get some exercise. Each room boasts its own beautiful view, making it a perfect retreat. Two of the rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, which is a fantastic convenience for longer stays. This apartment is ideal for groups, especially four couples traveling together. We can't wait till we come back.”
“A beautiful penthouse 100% worthy of visiting, the only downside of this is the location on 6th floor and no elevator, but the surroundings are beautiful: lots of interesting modern cafes, restaurants, shops, convenience of public transport”
“This is a must stay for a group of 6+ people. 4 bedrooms, very cozy and warm place. Will was a superb host to us, he became a very close friend of ours. His staff was also very helpful and responsive. The house had everything a group needs, and the systems are very nice. Will was very transparent about informing us of the lack of an elevator during the 6 floors climb and we greatly appreciate him and his team.”
“This penthouse is really huge, great for big company or family. We stayed with family for vacation and spent nice time together. The apartment locate in quite and nice area, close to centre, but not so touristic, perfect for living!”

“The penthouse is really great. I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. It is huge, has enough space for a large group of friends. Very good bathrooms (there are 4 of them), a great kitchen, an amazing hall. There are all kinds of appliances too, including a projector. Very good WiFi connection. A working fireplace. The location is magnificent too - it's on the main avenue of the city and it's just 20 minutes on foot to reach the center (Freedom Square), or you can easily catch a bus or a taxi. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants in a couple minutes' walk from the apartment. The only drawback that I can think of is that it is located on the 6th floor without an elevator, and the floors are pretty high, so it's pretty tiresome to climb the ladder even for a younger person. Might be a problem for older people. On the other hand, it's like a free fitness session every day :)”

“It was a wonderful 5 days stay at Tbilisi Bliss. The place was even better than the photos posted on Airbnb. The kitchen was well stocked up with all the necessary utensils/cutlery. Dishwasher (along with detergent) was there to clean up the dishes. Similarly washing machine for laundry was provided with sufficient detergent as well as cloth stand to dry them up. The house was very well decorated and spacious. Specially the main hall was very big with lot of sitting space. The whole house has been very tastefully done up by the owner. The host was always reachable and their manager was very responsive to any of our questions. The only drawback was no elevator in the building which was explained well in advance to us. Walking up 5 floors after the tiring touristic day was the only thing we did not like abt the place.”

“Квартира на большую компанию , виды с окон Удобные кровати. Атмосферный дом и уютный дом Выглядит так же , как и на фото в интернете. Только на 8 человек есть место в спальнях , если приедете 8 + до 16 человек , то они будут спать в гостиной ( чуть дискомфортно) Квартира на 6 этаже , лифта нету. На 5 этаже живут соседи , которым явно не нравится что приезжают туристы и хотят чтобы после 22:00 мы даже не передвигались по квартире ( а то шумно) Не хватает приборов на такую большую компанию ( нас было 11 человек ) ”

“Квартира комфортная и прекрасная, есть всё необходимое. Очень чистая уборка. Тёплые батареи, хорошо работет техника. Удобное приложение - ключ. Однако смутил сбор личной информации сторонней платформе и огромное количество каких-то инструкций, правил, предупреждений, в которых сложно разобраться, так как много ссылок (и инструкции за час до заселения а это странно, учитывая ,что туристы заранее готовятся к приезду). Жаль также, что Грузия снова встретила нас отключением всех воды и электричества на 2 вечера, думаю, на этот случай нужно иметь больше дров для камина. Но в целом это хорошее место с душой, похожее на семейный дом где есть всё нужно и очень приятно жить.”

“We had a very pleasant stay and felt right at home at the penthouse. We got off to a bit of a rough start as the water supply was cut off in the area for about a day- which was out of the hosts control however he provided us with enough water to get by until the supply came back on and also offered us complimentary wood for the fireplace to make up for the inconvenience. Overall we felt very well taken care of and right at home 🫶🏼 Will definitely be back!”
